Well you can`t just take brumby you need to look on smac and see if a army has that server! http://cpsmac.com/servers-2/ Plus people already have that server. They can declare war in you because you have that server. Golds and metal warriors own that server. So they can declare war on you. If you don`t show up at wars they get your server so yea.
